Till Menslage was awarded a special honour this year on passing his final examination in his vocational training as a Pharmaceuticals Technician at bela-pharm GmbH & Co. KG with the mark "Very good", and thus achieving the second-best result in the State. In recognition of this achievement, the IHKs (Chambers of Industry and Trade) of the Lower Saxony Chamber of Industry and Trade (NIHK) invited him on 12th November 2013 to this year's awards for the best in vocation from all districts and training vocations at the Hotel Alte Werft, Papenburg. In front of over 400 guests - parents, friends, instructors, teachers and representatives from politics and the economy - a total of 101 trainees from the different specialist fields were awarded for their exceptional performances. In his opening speech, the NIHK President, Wilhelm-A. Brüning, attested constant high performances and perseverance to the best trainees of the year. Within the scope of the awards, the Minister of Culture for Lower Saxony, Frauke Heiligenstadt, held a speech. as did the Managing Director of the Meyer shipyard, Dr. Jan Meyer, who emphasised the value of dual training courses and the superb performances achieved by the best in the state. The cabaret artist and magician DESiMO guided the guests through the event. Die bela-pharm GmbH & Co.
